Session 1: We will be discussing about the most common struggles parents are facing currently

Session 2: We will be focusing on our own brain biases and realize how it impacts our perspective & parenting

Session 3: We will focus on finding practical solutions & strategies to our biggest parenting troubles

Session 4: Open discussion, sharing of experiences, and building community so that you do not feel alone in your parenting journey!
