Refund Policy for iAmMotherly SEL Program

We offer a full money-back guarantee for the purchase of our SEL Program made on our website, if you buy all 6 modules together. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our Program, you are eligible for a full reimbursement after your child attends the first 4 classes of the Program.

After your child attends the 5th class, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage parents to evaluate the quality of our classes by observing the first 4 classes and see if the quality fits their needs and expectations.

In the case of a refund request, the amount will be refunded to the client within the next ten (10) business days in the original mode of payment done by the client while booking.

Please note:

  • If you have paid under the "Pay for 1 Module" plan, this refund policy is not applicable for you. Refund is only offered to parents who have bought all 6 modules together.
  • If you have paid through bank transfer or cash, you will get 100% of the amount back. However if you have availed the 0% EMI option, bank may deduct some charges (depending on which bank's card you are using) before returning the full amount. From our end we always give 100% back.
